Vietnam makes preliminary anti-dumping ruling on polypropylene films related to China

On March 18, 2020, the Vietnam Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Resolution No. 880/QD-BCT, imposing 14.99%～43.04 on Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene-BOPP originating in China, Malaysia and Thailand. %, 10.91% to 23.05% and 20.35% of temporary anti-dumping duties.

On August 5, 2019, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam issued Resolution No. 2334/QD-BCT, in response to the application submitted by representatives of related industries in Vietnam on April 26, 2019, the biaxial orientation of origin in China, Malaysia and Thailand Polypropylene film initiated anti-dumping investigation.
