Ukraine initiates a safeguard investigation on imported polymeric materials

On February 25, 2020, the Ukrainian Interdepartmental International Trade Commission issued a notice stating that upon the application of Ukrainian domestic enterprises, in accordance with Resolution СП-440/2020/4411-03 of February 21, 2020, the : Полімерні матеріали) Initiate the investigation of safeguard measures. The products involved include polyethylene with a density exceeding 0.94 and polyvinyl chloride not mixed with other substances. This case concerns products under Ukrainian tax numbers 3901 20 90 00 and 3904 10 00 00.
