US International Trade Commission launches 337 investigation on our food processing equipment

On June 12, 2019, the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) decided to launch a 337 investigation on my specific Food Processing Equipment and Packaging Materials Thereof. The investigation was filed by the US 3-A Sanitary Standards on March 12 in accordance with Section 337 of the US Customs Tariff Act 1930, alleging that the above-mentioned products exported to, imported from, and sold in the United States violated their trademark rights , Request ITC to initiate a 337 investigation and issue a general exclusion order or a limited exclusion order and a prohibition order. Five Chinese enterprises including Gaozhaopa Valve Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Wenzhou Qingke Steel Co., Ltd. were listed as the respondent.
