U.S. companies filed a 337 investigation application for my rotatable 3D lidar

On August 15, 2019, Velodyne Lidar of the United States filed an application with the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) under Section 337 of the US Tariff Act of 1930, accusing me of exporting, importing, and selling in the United States Rotating 3D Lidar and its downstream products (Certain Rotating 3-D LiDAR Devices and Products Containing the Same) infringed its patent rights, requesting ITC to initiate a 337 investigation, and issuing a limited exclusion order and prohibition order. Shanghai Hesai Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Saiteng Juchuang Technology Co., Ltd. were involved in the case.
