On March 24, 2020, the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) voted to make a final determination of anti-dumping and anti-subsidy industry damage to wooden cabinets and vanities imported from China. In this ruling, all five members of the International Trade Commission voted affirmatively. According to the affirmative decision of the US International Trade Commission, the US Department of Commerce will issue anti-dumping duties and countervailing duties on wooden cabinets and bathroom cabinets imported from China. This case involves the products under US Harmonized Tariff Numbers 9403.40.9060 and 9403.60.8081 and some products under Tax Number 9403.90.7080.
