U.S. Department of Commerce Announces Final Ruling on Anti-dumping Review Investigation of China's Non-road Tires

On November 6, Washington time, the US Department of Commerce issued the final ruling on the tenth anti-dumping review of non-road tires originating in China. The compulsory responding enterprises Weihai Zhongwei Rubber Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Pingdu Honghua Rubber Factory were awarded Zero tax rate. In addition, because the US company did not submit the sunset review application, the case was terminated in February 2019.
