Itas reported on July 15 that according to the Russian Ministry of Finance, Russian oil export tariffs will be reduced by US$6.2 to US$94.1 per ton from August 1, 2019. Currently, Russian oil export tariffs are 100.3 US dollars per ton. Among them, the export tariff of high viscosity oil will be reduced from 10 US dollars per ton to 9.4 US dollars. Tariffs for light oil products and lubricants will be reduced to USD 28.2 per ton, and tariffs for heavy oils will be reduced to USD 94.1 per ton. The export tariff for commercial gasoline will be reduced to US$28.2 per ton, and straight-run gasoline will be reduced to US$51.7 per ton. Between June 15 and July 14, 2019, the average price of Ural oil was US$63.31 per barrel (US$462.1 per ton).
