Peru launches anti-dumping investigation on our poplin fabrics

February 15, 2019,PeruThe National Competition and Intellectual Property Protection Bureau issued Resolution No. 012 of 2019, deciding on the launch of poplin fabrics originally from ChinaAnti-dumpingsurvey. The product in question is a taffeta, white or dyed polyester-cotton fabric with a width of less than 1.8 meters and a unit weight of 90 grams/square meter to 200 grams/square meter. The tax numbers involved are: 5407.81.00.00, 5407.82.00.00, 5512.19.00.00, 5513.11.00.00, 5513.13.21.00.00, 5514.11.00.00 and 5514.21.00.00.
