Mexico releases preliminary ruling on anti-dumping of polyester staple fiber to China

The tariff codes of the products involved in the Mexican customs are: 55032001 and 55033099.

The deadline for interested parties to submit comments and supplementary materials is 14:00 on January 15, 2019. Responding materials should be submitted directly to the Mexican investigative agency: Av. Insurgentes Sur 1940, Col. Florida, C.P.01030.
