Mexico launches sunset review of ceramic tableware anti-dumping period against China

The Ministry of Economic Affairs of Mexico issued an announcement on December 20, 2018, initiating an anti-dumping sunset review investigation on ceramic tableware originating in China. The products involved have Mexican customs tariff numbers 6911.1001 and 6912.0001.

The dumping investigation period of this case is from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018, and the damage investigation period is from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2018. The deadline for submitting the answer sheet is 14:00 on February 14, 2019, and the deadline for submitting the defense opinions of the responding enterprises against the materials submitted by other interested parties is 14:00 on February 26, 2019. The response materials should be submitted to the Mexican investigative agency: Av. Insurgentes Sur 1940, Col. Florida, C.P.01030.
