Mexico launches sunset review of anti-dumping period for plastic sprayers against China

MexicoThe Ministry of Economic Affairs issued an announcement on April 16, 2019 to start the plastic sprayer that originated in ChinaAnti-dumpingSunset reviewInvestigation, the Mexican tariff number of the product in question is 96161001.

The dumping investigation period of this case is from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018, and the damage investigation period is from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2018. All interested parties are required to submit answer sheets, comments and relevant evidence materials that are completely filled out according to the requirements of the investigating authority within 28 working days after the announcement. During the review investigation, the original anti-dumping measures were still effective.
