Mexico launches anti-dumping sunset review of Chinese pencils

MexicoThe Ministry of Economic Affairs issued an announcement on May 16, 2019, initiating anti-dumping of pencils originating in ChinaSunset reviewInvestigation, the Mexican tariff number of the product in question is 96091001.

The dumping investigation period of this case is from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018, and the damage investigation period is from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2018. All interested parties are required to submit the completed answer sheets, comments and relevant evidence according to the requirements of the investigating authority before 14:00 on the 28th working day after the announcement. During the review investigation, the original anti-dumping measures were still effective.
