Mexico launches anti-dumping sunset review investigation on our steel cables

December 2, 2019,MexicoThe Ministry of Economic Affairs issued an announcement that, in response to the application of Mexican companies Camesa and Deacero, the start of the steel cables originating in ChinaAnti-dumpingSunset review review. The customs tariff numbers of the products involved in the case are 7312.10.01, 7312.10.05, 7312.10.07 and 7312.10.99.

The dumping investigation period of this case is from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019, and the damage investigation period is from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2019. All interested parties are required to submit the completed answer sheets, comments and relevant evidence according to the requirements of the investigating authority before 14:00 on the 28th working day after the announcement. The original anti-dumping measures were effective during the review.
