Mexico launches anti-dumping investigation on stainless steel cold-rolled steel plates against China

The Mohai tariff numbers of the products involved are: 7219.34.01, 7219.35.01, 7220.20.02, 9802.00.01, 9802.00.02, 9802.00.03, 9802.00.07, 9802.00.10, 9802.00.13 and 9802.00.19.

The dumping investigation period of this case is from October 1, 2017 to September 30, 2018, and the damage investigation period is from October 1, 2015 to September 30, 2018. All interested parties are required to submit answer sheets, comments and relevant evidence materials that are completely filled out according to the requirements of the investigating agency within 23 working days. The 23 working days of the enterprise involved in the case and the government of the country involved in the case announcement shall be calculated from 5 days after the questionnaire is sent by the investigating agency, and other interested parties shall be calculated from 5 days after the announcement date. The submission of materials in the above two cases is due at 14:00 on the deadline. If final anti-dumping measures are taken, Mexico may retroactively tax products imported for consumption within 90 days before the date of the temporary measures.
