Mexico launches anti-dumping investigation against China aluminum pressure cookers

The Mexican Ministry of Economy issued an announcement on December 20, 2018 to initiate an anti-dumping investigation against aluminum pressure cookers originating in China. The Mohai tariff number of the product involved is: 7615.1001.

The dumping investigation period of this case is from May 1, 2017 to April 30, 2018, and the damage investigation period is from May 1, 2015 to April 30, 2018. The Chinese exporters listed in Article 19 of the case filing notice must submit the answer sheet within 23 working days (calculated from 5 days after the questionnaire is sent). The enterprises involved are requested to complete the answer sheet in accordance with the requirements of the investigating authority. The deadline for submitting the answer sheet is 14:00 on February 15, 2019.
