Mexico imposes temporary anti-dumping duties on my aluminum foil rolls

May 24, 2019,MexicoThe Ministry of Economic Affairs issued an announcement to me铝Foil rollAnti-dumpingThe preliminary ruling of the investigation decided to impose a temporary anti-dumping tax. The Mexican tariff number of the product in question is 76071101.

The taxation method is a combination of minimum price and separate tax rates, as follows:

1. The minimum price is 3.4817 USD/kg. When the import customs clearance price of the product involved is higher than the minimum price, no temporary anti-dumping measures shall be taken.

2. When the import customs clearance price is lower than the minimum price, the temporary anti-dumping measures shall be the difference between the import price and the minimum price, but the following companies shall not be taxed to exceed the respective temporary dumping margin:

1) Hangzhou Five Star: 0.17968 USD/kg

2) Jiangsu Zhongji: 0.6588 USD/kg

3) Boxing Ruifeng and others: 1.1634 USD/kg
