Eurasian Economic Union Announces Final Ruling on Anti-dumping Case against China and Ukraine Galvanized Sheets

On December 6, 2019, the Eurasian Economic Union issued a final ruling, deciding to take final anti-dumping measures against galvanized sheets imported from China and Ukraine for a period of 5 years. The Chinese corporate tax rate is 12.69-17%, and the Ukrainian corporate tax rate is 23.9%. Ansteel Co., Ltd., Shandong Dongye Metal Technology Development Co., Ltd., Bayi Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., Dong'e Yike Steel Co., Ltd. and Gansu Jiugang Group Hongxing Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. reached a price commitment agreement with the Eurasian Economic Commission.

The Eurasian Economic Union launched an anti-dumping investigation on galvanized sheets imported from China and Ukraine on June 29, 2018.
