Brazil makes preliminary ruling on pencil anti-dumping case

Recently, the Brazilian Foreign Trade Commission issued a preliminary ruling on the anti-dumping case against pencils originating in China in the Federal Government Gazette, ruling that the dumping margin of Chinese companies is 22.7%-98.9%. The case is currently undergoing a public interest assessment to decide whether to impose a temporary anti-dumping tax. The tax code of the product in question is 96091000.
