On November 22, 2019, the Argentine Ministry of Production and Labor issued Resolution No. 1282 of 2019, deciding to end the anti-dumping sunset merger review review of oil-immersed three-phase transformers originating in China, and continue to collect 54% of anti-dumping 5 years. The products involved are oil-immersed three-phase transformers with a power greater than 10,000KVA and less than or equal to 600,000KVA, excluding furnace oil-immersed three-phase transformers with a power greater than 30,000KVA. The tax code of the product in question is 8504.23.00.
