Argentina launches anti-dumping sunset review of PVC doors and windows and partition products in China

ArgentinaThe Ministry of Production and Labor issued Resolution No. 2019/355 on May 27, 2019, deciding to launch PVC doors and windows and partition products originating in ChinaAnti-dumping期Sunset review. The tax code of the product in question is 39162000.

The enterprise involved must complete the answer sheet in accordance with the requirements of the investigating authority, and submit the questionnaire to Algeria within 30 days from the time the questionnaire is received. All the responding materials and evidence must be submitted to the investigating authorities of Afghanistan before August 26, 2019. The answer sheet and related evidence must be translated into Spanish by a registered translator of the Arab country and certified by the Embassy and Consulate of China in Afghanistan. The interested parties involved in the investigation should also attach certification documents that prove their eligibility for signing rights along with the materials.
