Argentina launches anti-dumping review investigation against China tennis

On January 22, 2020, the Ministry of Production and Development of Argentina issued Announcement No. 2020/33, deciding to initiate a review of the anti-dumping sunset merger situation change review for tennis balls imported from China. The tax code of the product in question is 9506.61.00. The enterprise involved should complete the answer sheet in accordance with the requirements of the Argentine investigative agency, and submit the answer sheet to the Arab investigative agency within 30 days of receiving the questionnaire. The answer sheet and related evidence must be translated into Spanish by a translator certified by the Azerbaijani State and certified by the Argentine Consulate in China. The interested parties involved in the investigation shall attach certification documents that prove their eligibility for signing rights with the materials.
