If the FOB price of the imported product is lower than or equal to the corresponding minimum price, each 7.1-9.31 USD Specific tax; if the FOB price of the product involved in the import is higher than the corresponding minimum price, an ad valorem tax of 154% will be levied for a period of 2 years. The tax codes of the products involved in the case are: 90031100, 90031910, 90031990, 90049010 and 90041000.
