American company filed a 337 investigation application for our food processing equipment

On March 12, 2019, U.S. 3-A Sanitary Standards filed an application with the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) under Section 337 of the U.S. Tariff Act of 1930, accusing it of exporting to, importing, and selling to the United States Certain Food Processing Equipment (Certain Food Processing Equipment) violated its trademark rights, requested ITC to initiate a 337 investigation, and issued a general exclusion order or limited exclusion order and prohibition order. Five Chinese enterprises including Gaozhaopa Valve Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Wenzhou Qingke Steel Co., Ltd. were listed as the respondent.
