On May 22, 2019, the United States Neodron Company submitted an application to the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) under Section 337 of the United States Tariff Act of 1930, alleging touch mobile exports to, imports, and sales in the United States The device, computer and its components (Touch-Controlled Mobile Devices, Computers, and Components Thereof) infringed its patent rights, requested ITC to initiate a 337 investigation, and issued a limited exclusion order and prohibition order. China Lenovo Group Co., Ltd. is involved in the case.
